Lydiard Millicent Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group is responsible for coordinating work on Lydiard Millicent Parish’s draft Neighbourhood Plan. It comprises residents and parish councillors, and welcomes residents, and stakeholders, who want to get involved. The group’s aim is for Lydiard Millicent to have a robust neighbourhood plan, which reflects the concerns and aspirations of its residents, and which will influence positively, and guide development in the future.
Our draft Neighbourhood Plan is now ready and we have organised a drop in session at Lydiard Millicent Parish Hall in Saturday 17th March from 2-5pm.
At this session you can see the draft plan, or talk to the steering group and ask any questions you may have. There will be refreshments served and we would like to hear your views on the plan, which can be viewed here Draft Neighbourhood Plan
We are leafleting every house in the Parish this weekend and would ask for your feedback on these questions:
1) DO YOU SUPPORT LYDIARD MILLICENT PARISH HAVING A NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN?
2) DO YOU SUPPORT THE CONTENTS OF THE CURRENT DRAFT PLAN?
3) HAVE YOU ANY COMMENTS REGARDING DEVELOPMENT IN LYDIARD MILLICENT PARISH?
Answers can be written on the back of the leaflets that are being delivered this weekend and can be returned to boxes at the Drop-in next Saturday at the Parish Hall, to Deborah at the Council Office at the Jubilee Club House, in the Church porch, at The Sun Inn, and on the notice boards at Common Platt and Greenhill.
Please give us your feedback as it is important for us to have some influence over development in our Parish.
All the group’s meetings are open to the public, and you can find more details on the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group Website.
